🚀 What's New

Start and Finish Times for Timesheets

We’ve moved beyond just "total hours." You can now capture the exact start and end times of a shift for better accuracy and record-keeping.

  • Accurate Records: Employees can enter their exact start time and finish time for each timesheet.

  • Flexible Configuration: Every business is different, so we’ve made this a per-employee setting. You can choose whether an employee submits Total Hours or Start/Finish Times.

  • Automatic Calculation: The system will automatically calculate the total hours between the start and the finish times

New "Additional Earnings" Section

Handling non-standard payments is now much simpler. We have added a dedicated section to process specific payment types that sit outside of regular wages.

  • Workers Compensation: Easily record and track workers' compensation payments for employees returning from injury or on leave. Enter in the amount of hours the worker's compensation represents properly track applicable leave entitlements.

  • Government Paid Parental Leave (GPPL): Record and pay Government Paid Parental Leave when it is ready for payment. Payments can be set up for a lump sum payment, or set and forget it with recurring payments.

🛠️ How to Use These Features

  • To toggle Time Tracking styles: Go to the Employee Profile, navigate to Employment Details, and look for the setting "Time entry model". Use the dropdown to switch between "Total Hours" and "Start/Finish Times."

  • To add Additional Earnings: When running a pay run or on an employee’s profile, you will see a new "Additional Earnings" section . Select the relevant category (WorkCover or GPPL), enter the amount, date and the amount of hours it applies for, then save. It will automatically be included into the relevant pay run.
