PaySauce

Now whenever a pay run is closed, employees will automatically receive an email saying their payslip is ready to be viewed. This will prompt them to log in and see their payslip. 

You are able to enable to disable this setting at any point through Company Settings.

This feature requires the employee to have been invited to PaySauce. Instructions on how to do this is below. 

For security purposes, payslips are never emailed directly to employees.

1. Click on Company Settings
2. Tick Send Payslip Emails
3. Click Update

Emails will be sent out to any employees that have been invited to PaySauce. To invite an employee:

Confirm their email address under the Employee Details screen

Click on Update if any changes were made

Click Send Invitation on the right hand side

1. View the employee's profile.
2. Confirm their email address under the Employee Details screen
3. Click on Update if any changes were made
4. Click Send Invitation on the right hand side

Employees will then be emailed an invitation link. Once they have followed the instructions, they will be sent an email about any payslip updates.
