Update Employee's Balances

An employee's opening balances can now be updated at any point. This is perfect for when you are coming across from another payroll software and want to bring the Year to Date balance across. It will also allow you to enter in their current leave balances.

πŸ› οΈ How to Get Started

The Balances screen can be found by:

  • Clicking on Team

  • Select your employee

  • Click Balances on the right hand side

  • Click on the Pencil icon to update fields

This is intended to carry across Year to Date totals and Leave Balances. Once an employee is transferred, it is not recommended to update this area.
