Addition Allowance STP Types
Now when creating allowances, there are additional fields to create any type of allowance. Certain allowances provide a reasonable limit that will be tax free for anything below this limit.
The added STP Types are:
Overtime Meal Allowance (ATO Type MD)
Travel Allowance (ATO Type RD)
Qualification and Certification Allowances (ATO Type QN)
Tool Allowance (ATO Type TD)
Laundry Allowance (ATO Type LD)
Not Reported
If you are unsure on the STP type or if your allowance has a Reasonable Allowance limit, please consult your accountant.

This update is live in your deductions. To get started, simply:
View your employees profile
Click on Deductions
Select the appropriate Type
If that Allowance Type allows for a Reasonable Limit, an additional field will appear to enter this in.
