The Retail Award
We now provide automatic award calculations for most of the Retail Award. The retail award will calculation:
Base rate for all classifications
Apprentices
Junior Rates
Overtime based on both the maximum daily and period overtime
Penalty rates
Minimum shift lengths
Cold Work Allowance
First Aid Allowance
There are certain aspects of the award not listed above that require a more manual approach. We are currently working on the best way to automate parts of the award that are not commonly used.

The Retail Award can be set up by:
Viewing the employee's profile
Selecting the Award Details section
Choosing General Retail Industry Award 2020 as the Award
Providing the correct classification and allowances
Clicking on Update
