If you want to pay your PAYG to the ATO as a part of you BAS/IAS then you can select "I'll pay PAYG withheld to the ATO myself".
Go to Company Settings > tick the box below and Save.
We will still report your PAYG to the ATO via the STP reporting, and you'll be responsible for the payment.
If you'd like to pay the PAYG on payday, please leave unticked and this will be paid to the ATO, smoothing out your PAYG requirements to pay day from monthly or quarterly depending on your lodgement period.
