Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) Support
We’ve introduced the ability to accrue and take Time Off In Lieu.
Accrue: Choose when to convert overtime to Time Off In Lieu by adding the detail to the timesheet.
Take: Employees can now select "TOIL" as a leave category when requesting time off, pulling directly from their accrued balance.
Payroll Reports
Every business has different reporting needs. Instead of working around pre-built reports, you can instead build your own reports.
Select Your Data: Choose specific columns, such as gross pay, tax or superannuation and many more.
Date Range: Select the quarter, the month or a custom range.
View & Export: You can either view the information right there and then, or download the report and then email to those who need it.
Turn Off Award Interpretation
We understand that not every employee fits a standard agreement. For staff on unique contracts or those who aren't covered by an award we have just yet, you can now turn off Award Interpretation. Now when you run a pay run, it will not compare their pay against an award.
🛠️ How to Use These Features
To use TOIL: Accrue TOIL by attaching the detail to the timesheet and take leave by applying for it in the leave request section.
To build a report: Head to the Reports tab and select the categories you need to report on.
To disable Awards: Go to an employee’s Payroll Profile and select “No Award” as the award option.
