🚀 What's New

Out-of-Cycle Pay Runs

Mistakes happen, and sometimes bonuses or back-pay can’t wait. You can now perform Out-of-Cycle Pay Runs to process payments outside of your regular pay run. Create a new pay run, select the date range and any unpaid timesheets will be automatically picked up, with the tax automatically adjusted accordingly.

Adjust When Overtime Is Paid Out

You can now choose the period to average out an employee’s ordinary hours. Set overtime to be paid out on a schedule that suits your employee agreements:

  • Weekly after 38 hours

  • Fortnightly after 76 hours

  • Every four weeks after 152 hours

3. Exclude Employees From A Pay Run

Need to finalise payroll while one employee’s hours are still under review? You can now exclude specific employees from a pay run, allowing you to pay the rest of your team on time without delay. With the new Out of Cycle pay run, you can now pay that employee easily at a later point.

🛠️ How to Use These Features

  • Out-Of-Cycle Pay Runs: Add any missing timesheets and then Create a new pay run with a start date that matches the appropriate week. PaySauce will handle the rest from here.

  • Adjust Overtime: Head to the employee’s profile and to the Employment Details section to select how to pay out their overtime.

  • Exclude from Pay Run: Untick the employee from the pay run and confirm the warning.
