ABA File
Want more control of when the money comes out of your bank? Now you can, with our ABA file option. Once you close the pay run, there will be an option to download the ABA file. This file can be uploaded into most online banking and will have all the payment information.
Termination Pay Preview
Terminations can lead to big payouts that can catch you off guard. To help prepare you with his, scheduling a termination will now show you a preview on how much the payment should be.
This all runs automatically - there is nothing for you to do.
🛠️ How to Get Started
ABA Files can be set up by
Clicking on Company Settings
Selecting Manage Payment Setup
Choosing Bank file (ABA) as the Payment Method
Providing the requested details
Clicking Save
Now when you complete a pay run, you will have the option to download the ABA file. This can be uploaded into your bank to make the payment.
If you are unsure if your APCA number, you may need to call your bank to confirm.
Termination Previews can be viewed by:
Viewing the employee's profile
Clicking on Schedule Termination
Entering the termination details
The Termination Preview displays the payout based on current information. Figures may change between the preview and the payout
